Hoover also led a team of 20+ employees, coordinating subcontractors, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure that each project met high standards of quality and efficiency. His responsibilities extended beyond team management to include research and due diligence on construction products, as well as collaboration with realtors, appraisers, and title companies to ensure timely scheduling, reporting, and negotiation.
Today, JB Hoover’s work focuses primarily on Real Estate Owned (REO) projects properties that become available after foreclosure auctions fail to attract buyers.
